Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit holds your appointment time and is applied to your service total at checkout.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
How should I arrive?
Come with hair detangled and free of heavy product unless your service includes a wash. For makeup, arrive with a clean, moisturized face.
What if I am running late?
A 15 minute grace period is offered. Beyond that we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the day stays on time.
Do you travel to me?
Yes. Add Mobile Beauty Service in the notes when you book and we travel across metro Atlanta. Travel is quoted on confirmation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major cards and digital wallets are accepted at checkout in the studio.
